Hello everyone! Have you recovered from New year’s parties? I hope you fulfill your wishes this year or at least get closer to achieving your goals!
So what are my travel plans for 2016? Hmmm, I’ve got a few ideas but nothing’s sure just yet. I’d like to go back to London this year because I haven’t been since 2013 (sigh!) and I’m just itching to explore some new things ( and to write about them! 🙂 ). I’m not sure yet whether I’ll ask my husband to join me since my best friend won’t be able to come this time because she is going to have a baby in a few months (how exciting!). The other day I saw incredibly cheap plane tickets to Malta but that’s for this month 😦 and my husband’s already on his skiing trip so he won’t be able to get more time off . We are considering a short trip to Stockholm in springtime. But I’m also thinking about Poland (Krakow). It would be cheaper than expensive Sweden! I still haven’t been to Germany which is a real shame so I’d like to visit Munich especially and maybe do a tour of Bavarian castles? Dublin‘s been on my wish list for so long so I might combine a trip to London with a quick visit to Ireland too 🙂
These are all manageable trips but If I win lottery than I might visit New York City or go even further and visit Quebec, Canada or Sydney or New Zealand. They are all on my bucket list! I hope to visit all of these places one day even without the lottery money but they require a lot more planning and saving than my usual trips. And I’m just not ready yet to save up for just one long-haul trip instead of taking a couple of cheaper, shorter trips 🙂
p.s. Unfortunately, I haven’t had the best of starts this year. So, if I don’t travel anywhere in 2016 but if I have my family healthy by my side I’ll be very happy!

I don’t get a lot of spam, incidentally your comment ended up in spam. I don’t have anything special, WordPress does it for me obviously:)

Hope that the rest of the year turns around for you! Before I visited Krakow, I really underestimated it, but it got me under its charm instantly. Wonderful places with lots of history! Also, Krakow is really cheap, definitely worth a visit 🙂

Sorry to hear you haven’t had the greatest start to 2016! Definitely buy a lotto ticket in the hopes of seeing Sydney, New Zealand, New York and Canada – some of my favourite places in the world in there.
