What to say about August? It was hot. I went to the beach. I was bored. I got some bad news. Twice. I’m so happy that the summer is over. I wasn’t very active with my blog during the summer (on the other hand I did publish 9 posts in August so that’s not entirely true) but I did make several new changes. First of all, I opened a Google+ account so that you can follow my travels there too 🙂 Then I finally purchased my domain name! I received nice sunglasses and wrote my first review. I was asked by lovely Tea from Tea was here blog to participate in her passport stamps post series. That post came out the other day. The biggest blog news of the last month was my FIRST bloggerversary! Honestly, I can’t believe that I’ve been blogging for a whole year. Keep calm and keep on blogging! 🙂

During this summer I stumbled across this amazing London blog: Leila +London-My London. This blogger walks around London and takes gorgeous pictures of different London neighbourhoods. Go and check her blog out! 🙂
Also I got nominated again for the Liebster Award this summer by two nice bloggers but I decided not to participate since I already got Liebster.
And I was asked by amazing Emma from Adventures of a London Kiwi blog to co-host September’s travel link up with her and two other amazing bloggers Angie and Jessi! Read about it here.

Yay! Congrats on all of your August accomplishments including the Liebster award, being asked to host a travel link-up, and writing your most viewed post to date! Those are all great things! Hopefully you’ll keep going strong into September! Especially since you have your own domain now! 🙂

I haven’t made it to the Sky Garden yet so your post about it will be interesting. I will have to check out the blog you link to. Walking around London, taking pictures, and then blogging about it sounds like just the type of thing I like to read.
