˝By seeing London, I have seen as much of life as the world can show˝. Samuel Johnson
No matter what happens in my life the London mood is always there. Lurking behind closed curtains, hiding in the shadows behind my house, the London mood is never too far from me. It waits patiently until I look the other way and then it hits me in the face with full force. Just like that the London mood overcomes me and I can’t resist it. I have to look through all my London photos, read about other people’s trips to London and think back about all my past visits to this glorious city. As the saying goes : ˝London is a bad habit one hates to lose (by anonymous).

Day 2: Diary
˝I never travel without my diary. One should always have something sensational to read in the train˝. Oscar Wilde
I like this funny quote by the genius writer Oscar Wilde. I chose it because I write a travel diary. And no, it’s not that sensational and no, I don’t read it on the train:) I think I began to keep a diary when I was about 9. I guess I must have read about diary writing in one of the books I devoured at that time and decided to do the same. This is just a guess since I don’t really remember what made me do it in the first place. However, the above sounds quite plausible since the books I’ve read have influenced some of my life choices. I wrote about the mundane things and every day life in my diary. I didn’t write much about my feelings.
in London this May
I’ve been nominated to do the 3-day quote challenge by a young blogger Chy from The Lost Mango blog. Thanks, Chy 🙂
I’ll be posting quotes for 3 consecutive days but I won’t be nominating other bloggers as the rule dictates. Instead, if any of my readers want to pick up the challenge, that would be great! If you decide to do it, let me know in the comments section under this post so I can have a look at your quote posts! 🙂
