Thursday doors: beautiful doors from Ferrara, Italy

Ferrara, Italy

Thursday doors: beautiful doors from Ferrara is a blog post for all door enthusiasts. Ferrara is a small and tranquil town in Emilia-Romagna region of Italy. It boasts a wonderful medieval castle in its center and many other beautiful landmarks such as the cathedral and the ornate Palace of diamonds which now houses the National Picture gallery. I’ve visited Ferrara several times. My first visit was on a summer course during university. Little did I know, that I’d be back in Ferrara fairly regularly due to my job. I took these door photos on my most recent visit a month ago.
