Thursday doors: beautiful doors from Malta

Image by Sheree who is a regular in Thursday doors photo challenge

My husband and I visited Malta in May. We thoroughly explored this small country. It was an interesting holiday and I’ll blog more about it. I took photographs of a lot of beautiful doors and colourful enclosed balconies in different towns on Malta island. Below you can see some doors from Maltese capital Valletta and from towns Mdina and Rabat. I have already shared with you some nice doors from island Gozo, Malta.

Have a look at some beautiful doors from Malta for this week’s Thursday doors challenge:

Which is your favourite? I usually like red doors but these Maltese red doors accompanied with red enclosed balconies are fabulous. However, I really like that blue door with flowers too.

Thursday Doors is a weekly feature allowing door lovers to come together to admire and share their favourite door photos from around the world. Feel free to join in the fun by creating your own Thursday Doors post each week and then sharing your link in the comments’ on Dan’s site , anytime between Thursday morning and Saturday noon (North American Eastern Time).

  1. Gorgeous! Malta has no shortage of beautiful doors at every turn. You (along with a few other bloggers) have inspired me to make my own door post, including one in Malta. It’ll be up very soon!
