August was a month of beach time and relaxation. My husband had two weeks off work so we spent most of that time on island Krk. I shared a couple of photos from our holiday on Instagram. We visited town Krk and the big beach in Baška. We also left the island for dinner one day and had a very delicious meal in Fužine in Gorski kotar region of Croatia. Apart from that there were a couple of board gaming nights and dates with my friends.
Baby V. is great. He’s growing all the time. He’s now almost 10 months old. He really enjoyed the beach time. We’ve even been to a couple of concerts with him 🙂 We’ve planned a couple of more day trips but the weather made us postpone our plans.
August was a month of anniversaries too. Our 4th wedding anniversary and my 3rd blogging anniversary. I hope you’ve noticed that I finally changed my blog’s look. I’ve been thinking about that for ages and finally chose a new theme. I still need to sort out a few minor tweaks to get the look I wanted but I’m happy with my new blog’s design. What do you think about it? Can you still navigate my site easily and find what you want? I put several categories on my new front page: Travel, London, Croatia and Life&Blog. All the other categories (destinations) are in the category widget. You can find the list of all recent posts on the right side in its old place.
