My Christmas Tree Travel Ornaments: San Marino

My Christmas tree travel ornaments is a series of short blog posts about my special Christmas tree ornaments that I’ve bought over the years on my travels.

My Christmas Tree Travel Ornaments: San Marino

My Christmas bauble from San Marino

We have visited San Marino with our son in 2018 when he was only 6 months old. It was a great road trip and we have managed to see quite a lot. We visited in May so I didn’t expect to come across an open Christmas shop! The Christmas shop was big and there was no one inside except the shop assistant. I wish I could have spent more time browsing all the exquisite Christmas baubles and Christmas decorations. When I saw this beautiful Christmas bauble aka San Marino snowball I knew I had to buy it.

What kind of souvenirs do you bring home from your travels?

Happy Holidays!

  1. […] I love Christmas season and one of my favourite activities is decorating our Christmas tree. Over the years I bought several rather special Christmas ornaments on my travels. I don’t often travel in winter nor do I often come across a Christmas shop so I don’t have that many Christmas baubles from around Europe. Last year I shared with you my Christmas ornaments from Austria, Oslo and San Marino. […]

  2. That’s pretty 🙂 I tend to buy ornaments that I can have on display year round – traditional wood carvings, paintings etc. I also have a number of cushion covers (from India, Uzbekistan, Oman) and a throw from Jaipur
